12 week program for athletes of all ages and training experience. With over 175 tutorial videos of simple exercises and drills, anyone can step in and complete this program. You may have to add a few extra days of rest in between the days and go at your own pace, but this program is a great start for anyone looking to increase how hard they punch and swing, how fast they throw, increase shooting range, or any movement that uses the upper body.
